For candidates: information you share is used only in connection with a search you agree to be part of, and is not shared with a client without your consent.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and our business (for example, our CRM, email, hosting, and analytics providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations, with clients or candidates where you have agreed in the course of a search, and where required by law.

Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or receive a copy of it, to request correction, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
