He has held professional, management and executive roles in program engineering, finance and human resources at the corporation’s Sikorsky Aircraft and Hamilton Sundstrand divisions. He was Vice President, Human Resources for ADVO Inc (now Valassis), the nation’s leading direct mail marketing company and also owned and managed HR Solutions, LLC, a human resources consulting company based in Keene, New Hampshire.

Officer. Ms. Johnson brings an extensive background in Human Resources in a variety

May 22, 2009. Pride Mobility Products recently made two senior level appointments.
Walt Niziolek was named Vice President, Global Manufacturing and John Blakensop
as Vice President, Quality.
Mr. Niziolek was formerly the Vice President, Operations at Haulmark Industries

Horton International and International Search Group announce merger
Florence, April 25, 2009. Horton Group International Limited (HGIL) and International
Search Group (ISG) announced today that they have agreed to merge the two groups.
The formal Agreement to merge the two firms was signed at the Horton International
Global Meeting in Florence.
Bringing together the two organizations will bring significant benefits to clients
of both groups.
The merger will provide a substantially expanded presence in Germany, where ifp
– the German partner and founder of the ISG – is one of the biggest and longest
established consultancies in the country. ifp is not only a local leader in executive
search, but also provides extensive management consulting and diagnostics services
and has a unique psychology-based background and approach. Furthermore, partners
in Switzerland and Turkey plus coverage in Eastern Europe and an additional presence
in the UK and Australia will enhance the capacity of Horton International to service
clients in these areas.
At the same time, the well established and extensive offices of Horton International
partners across Europe, Scandinavia and Russia, together with the well developed
presence outside of Europe, particularly in the Americas and Asia Pacific regions,
means that clients of ISG will be able to take advantage of what is one of the most
comprehensive executive search organizations in the world today.
During a transition period, all companies in the combined businesses will operate
as members of Horton International Search Group although Partners in both

Horton International Opens Two US Offices
August 16, 2006, West Hartford, CT. Horton International, LLC today announced
that they have opened new offices in Washington, DC and Newport, Rhode Island.
The Washington, DC Region Office will be lead by Managing Director Frank Sharp,
a veteran of the firm. Frank established the Zurich, Switzerland office of Horton
International in 1994. For eleven years in Europe, he helped international companies
to develop their leaders, build effective teams, recruit strategic talent, and implement
successful M&A transactions.
Frank’s global human resources career began at Exxon Corporation in the United States,

Prior to joining Horton International, Terry served as a Managing Director with

Horton International's European Partners Meet In Milan
October 12, 2004, Milan. Horton International held its bi-annual European
Partner's meeting in Milan with additional representation from the firm's Americas
and Asia-Pacific Regional coordinators. Horton International is a global executive

The focus of the meeting was the firm's Vision 2007- the result of an internal task
force constituted earlier this year to assess the expectations of the global partners

Horton International Opens Mexico City Office
March 23, 2004, Mexico City. One of the top global retained executive firms,
Horton International, has opened its third Latin American office with the launch
of a Mexico City office. Horton International entered Latin America 8 years earlier
when it opened an office in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The new office is headed by Guillermo Cepeda, who was recently appointed Managing
Partner and Country Manager. Mr. Cepeda will oversee searches throughout Mexico.
He was previously a managing partner at eVision Partners, a private venture capital
